Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery.

We will refund your purchase price (less shipping) or send replacement items.

​

Items must be returned in its original condition and must not have been worn or altered. A refund will be issued once item is received and inspective. Exchanges are only allowed on defective or damaged pieces.

Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns custom or personalized orders.

Shipping Information

​

All items are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS 1st class mail, with a  delivery time of 2-7 business days.

However, if you need an item shipped sooner please send an email to hello@3shadeschic.com.

Currently we ONLY ship in the USA.
